ABOUT US
Located in San Diego, Old Mission Bay Water Polo Club provides practice and playing opportunities for those who wish to continue to play water polo for fun, fitness, and competition. We currently practice at the Boys and Girls Club in Solana Beach on Wednesday and Friday evenings 8 to 9:30 PM.  The club membership consists of individuals 20 to 70 years of age from high school experience to ex Olympic players. In addition to practice club members participate in tournaments of their choosing.  The club also enters age group teams each year in USA Water Polo Masters Nationals. Over the years the club has had numerous  Masters All Americans as well as age level National championship teams. The clubs underlying philosophy is one of camaraderie, friendships, and the opportunity for members to enjoy playing the sport of water polo. MEMBERSHIP & PRICING
Individuals are invited to tryout at any of our scheduled practices. Â The first practice is free as a way to determine if you wish to join. If you decide to join you will be asked to register with the club and purchase a USA Water Polo membership card. Registration forms can be found by clicking on the more tab at the top of the web page. Fill in the forms and bring to practice with your clubs monthly dues.
DROP IN FEE
A one time drop in is available for $10 a practice. The fee is due at the start of practice. You can pay online or sign in and pay at the start of practice.
MONTHLY DUES
Currently dues are set at $50 a month. Dues go toward pool rental, caps, balls, and occasional deck referee. This is your best deal.
PLAYING IN TOURNAMENTS
Old Mission Bay participates in many tournaments both locally and nationally. Additionally the club hosts local tournaments including our "End of Summer Tournament" which has been held in the ocean as well as local pools.
